]]> A house extention of 22 square metres and kitchen Renovation with assistance from a structural engineer.

-We made a foundation.

-We suspended the first floor with a steel beam 203 UC 71 with two colons 200 x 90 x 30 PFC on concrete pad footing.

-We made a fiberglass roof with two Velux windows SK08 ( 134 x 140cm ).

-We tiled the floor with wood effect tiles.

-We suplied and fitted 1 double glazed french door.

We took off the plasterboard from the walls and ceiling. We installed air tightness membrane. We put new plasterboard and skimmed the walls and ceiling. We fit a new kitchen. We painted the room.
